PhytoArk specialises in the development of products based on aromatic and medicinal alpine plants.
This technology site, which is still under construction, enables the start-ups and SMEs accommodated there to launch their new products onto rapidly-expanding markets (cosmetics, nutrition, health, phytopharmacology etc.).
To achieve this, PhytoArk offers a “start-up space” and a ”Transformium”, a plant extraction technology platform. The site aims to ensure that new businesses are provided with the best possible conditions for start-up and development.
PhytoArk‘s location at Contheyis appropriate, since the Valais canton accounts for 80% of Switzerland’s commercial production of aromatic and medicinal plants.
